Delete your GrainTradeLink account

GrainTradeLink is operated by PE "Hazem Saker" (Ukraine). You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open GrainTradeLink and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Read what happens, tap Continue to delete my account, confirm your password and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Email support@graintradelink.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it.

What is deleted, and when

• Straight away, your profile, postings and posts are hidden from everyone.
• You have 15 days to change your mind: sign in again and tap Reactivate.
• After 15 days your account is deleted permanently and cannot be recovered: your profile and photo, your posts, comments and likes, your marketplace postings, your saved items, your work history, your private details (such as an optional phone number), your notifications, your uploaded files, and your sign-in.

What is kept

• Messages you sent stay in the other member's chat history, shown as a deleted account.
• A company page you helped manage stays for its other members; you are removed from it.
• Information we must keep by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
